About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute innovative social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and engagement.
• Create compelling content for various platforms including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
• Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
• Monitor social media channels for trends and audience feedback through social listening tools.
• Manage social media accounts using tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Create visually appealing graphics and videos that align with branding guidelines using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Analyze performance metrics using Google Analytics and web analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Conduct public relations activities to enhance the brand's reputation online.
• Engage with followers and manage relationships through effective communication strategies.
• Proofread all content for accuracy and adherence to brand voice before publication.

Requirements

• Proficiency in social media management platforms (Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (Google Analytics).
• Strong knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and digital marketing strategies.
• Experience with Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and video editing software for content creation.
• Ability to conduct social listening to understand audience sentiment and trends.
• Excellent graphic design skills with a keen eye for branding aesthetics.
• Strong relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of e-commerce principles as they relate to social media marketing efforts.
• Ability to create engaging content that resonates with target audiences across various platforms.
