About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies across multiple platforms including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Create engaging content that resonates with target audiences while maintaining brand voice and identity.
• Specifically produce one trend and one educational post each week.
• Utilize Adobe Creative Suite to design visually appealing graphics and videos for social media posts.
• Monitor social media channels for trends and insights using social listening tools to inform strategy adjustments.
• Manage one off organic posting streamlined through the Help Desk.
• Analyze performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with broader marketing initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies in digital marketing.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role in digital marketing.
• Must provide previous accounts you have worked on as a reference.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Premier Pro etc.) for content creation.
• Experience in videography.
• Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Strong research skills to identify trends and opportunities within the digital landscape.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
