Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross-functional teams to plan and execute social media campaigns that support Ford's brand and business objectives.
  • Manage day-to-day social media activities—posting content, moderating comments, and engaging with followers—across channels like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, etc.
  • Develop and maintain an editorial calendar, ensuring a consistent brand voice and timely delivery of content.
  • Identify and cultivate relationships with key online partners and digital communities to expand Ford's reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate on virtual and in-person events, sponsorships, and promotions, leveraging social channels to maximize impact.
  • Track, analyze, and report on social media metrics; use insights to optimize content, timing, and community-building strategies.
  • Stay current on social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep Ford at the forefront of digital engagement.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or community engagement.
  • Solid understanding of major social platforms, analytics tools, and content-management systems.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an eye for compelling storytelling.
  • Project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strategic mindset with a passion for building authentic online communities.

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or community engagement.

Qualifications

  • Legally authorized to work in the United States.
