About the Role

From digital to traditional media, we provide full-service solutions with a personal touch—and we're looking to grow our team with a passionate and creative Social Media Specialist. This role involves managing and growing the online presence of our clients and our brand through strategy, content creation, community engagement, and analytics in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute social media strategies for Phame Marketing and its clients
Create, curate, and manage content (written, image, and video) across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter)
Schedule posts and maintain an active content calendar
Monitor, engage, and respond to followers and comments in a timely and authentic manner
Analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve engagement and reach
Stay up to date on industry trends and platform algorithm changes
Collaborate with the design, digital, and account teams to ensure brand consistency
Prepare monthly performance reports and client updates
Assist with paid social media advertising campaigns

Requirements

1-3 years of professional social media experience (agency or in-house)
Strong understanding of platform best practices and audience engagement strategies
Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills
Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Capcut, Adobe Creative Suite a plus)
Experience with social media scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Hootsuite)
Self-starter with strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks
Video editing skills and familiarity with Reels/TikTok creation is a big plus

Nice to Have

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Experience working in a fast-paced agency environment
Google Analytics and/or Meta Ads certification
