About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Demonstrating proficiency in managing social media platforms (Facebook and Instagram).
• Replying to customers comments and emails in a timely manner.
• Assisting customers with their orders.
• Managing incoming phone inquiries and talking to customers that come into our lobby.
• Extending a warm welcome to our valued customers.
• Cultivating strong interpersonal skills to foster genuine connections with customers.
• Delivering exceptional customer service with a focus on satisfaction.
• Demonstrating fundamental computer navigation abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Maintaining a positive attitude, exhibiting a robust work ethic, and thriving in a dynamic work environment.
• Willingness to help/travel with our Dallas/Atlanta Market Trade Shows.

Requirements
