About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across various platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.
• Monitor KPIs and performance metrics across platforms.
• Analyze data from all posts and provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI and conversion.
• Implement strategy by optimizing platforms and creating impactful content that converts.
• Develop content calendars, campaign concepts, and cross-platform marketing plans.
• Utilize SEO techniques and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
• Assist with content shoots and social media management.
• Direct creative teams with strategic content product.
• Develop audience engagement strategies that foster loyal communities.
• Monitor social media channels for trends and insights through social listening tools.
• Manage social media advertising campaigns, including Facebook & TikTok Advertising, to enhance reach and engagement.
• Analyze performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.
• Oversee content creation processes including proofreading, editing, and ensuring brand consistency across all platforms.
• Spot trends early and develop engaging campaigns that stand out.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media marketing or digital marketing roles.
• Proficiency in using social media management tools for scheduling and analytics.
• Strong skills in graphic design and video editing; experience with Adobe Creative Suite is preferred.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and their integration into social media strategies is a plus.
• Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse audiences.
• Strong understanding of branding principles and the ability to create compelling narratives that align with brand identity.
• Strong analytical skills — able to turn metrics into strategy.
