About the Role

P Hospitality is a South Florida-based restaurant group behind some of the region's most exciting dining concepts, including Prezzo, Corvina Seafood Grill, Eddie & Vinny's Coastal Italian, Dear Olivia Bar & Kitchen, and the upcoming Amante's. Their mission is to create unforgettable guest experiences through elevated food, stylish atmospheres, and innovative marketing. They are seeking a Social Media Strategist to lead social media strategy and execution across six restaurants, working under the Director of Marketing & PR to develop measurable, content-driven campaigns aligned with business goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research and design monthly social media strategies aligned with business goals such as reservations, event awareness, and brand building.
  • Translate marketing objectives into clear, data-driven campaigns across all platforms.
  • Develop and maintain a content calendar across six restaurant brands.
  • Capture high-quality content on-site at restaurants, including photo and video content.
  • Direct content shoots and leverage a media library, managing budgets for supplemental assets.
  • Write captions and create content tailored to each brand voice and audience.
  • Post and schedule content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
  • Boost posts and run paid campaigns with measurable KPIs.
  • Engage with communities to grow following and brand visibility.
  • Track performance metrics weekly and monthly, report insights, and optimize strategies based on analytics.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional social media experience, with hospitality or restaurant experience highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of driving measurable business results such as reservations, conversions, and engagement growth.
  • Hands-on content creation skills including photography, videography, editing, and copywriting.
  • Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and paid ad strategies.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage multiple brands simultaneously.
  • Analytical mindset with experience using Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or similar tools.
  • Outgoing, professional demeanor, and comfort capturing content in live restaurant settings.
  • Hybrid availability for onsite shoots/events and remote strategy and scheduling.
