The Software Developer is responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining software applications, web services, and web-based solutions. This role requires strong technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team environment. Key Responsibilities

Design and develop software applications in alignment with requirements defined by development leadership.
Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using industry best practices.
Perform debugging, testing, and troubleshooting throughout the software development lifecycle.
Collaborate with team members and take direction from the Lead Software Developer and Manager.
Analyze and resolve technical issues and application problems reported via the helpdesk system or assigned by team leadership.
Identify opportunities for code optimization and recommend improvements to the Lead Software Developer.
Stay current with emerging technologies and development trends to continuously enhance technical skills and team capabilities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent technical training.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in software design and development.
Strong technical and analytical skills with a deep understanding of software development principles.
Proficiency in multiple programming languages, platforms, and development methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
