About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide designs, specify information systems solutions, and deliver the highest level technical direction in developing new or existing applications to solve complex problems or enhancements.
• Serve as a principal application designer for critical components and major modifications, evaluating client requirements and processes.
• Complete and oversee complex systems analysis, design, and development efforts.
• Play a key role as a leader and individual contributor on complex projects.
• Provide analytical consulting and leadership in identifying and implementing new uses of information technologies to meet business goals.
• Direct and monitor less experienced resources and coordinate development tasks for projects of any scope.
• Prepare and manage the technical component of project plans.
• Confer with development, operations, and technology staff in systems development from analysis to user acceptance testing.
• Prepare and review test data, execute detailed test plans, and complete debugging.
• Evaluate complex interrelationships among programs, applications, and platforms.
• Prepare technical and functional specifications and update systems documentation.
• Review documentation prepared by less experienced staff.
• Maintain efficient operation of supported applications and recommend new technology, policies, or processes.
• Lead or participate in technical evaluations of vendor software.
• Follow and promote development standards and procedures.
• Maintain technical knowledge of supporting applications and environments.
• Assist in developing budgets and monitor team performance.
• Understand and adhere to company risk, regulatory standards, policies, and controls.
• Identify risk issues and escalate as needed.
• Support diversity and reflect the client brand in the work environment.
• Complete related duties including due diligence, cost/benefit analysis, or business studies.
• Work independently on high-level systems analysis and technical development phases.
• Manage activities of others on projects and lead project activities.
• Interact with senior management, clients, vendors, and other technology personnel.
• Provide backup to higher management and serve as a technical representative on committees.
• Work with Apex, Flows, LWC, and other declarative features.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum of 6 years experience in systems analysis/application development.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in application development software and hardware platforms.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in operating computers and pertinent project management, word processing, and spreadsheet software.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in presenting to target audiences.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in coordinating between applications and business units.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in recommending and implementing system solutions.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in driving project milestones and delivery dates.
• Minimum of 8 years experience in mentoring and leadership from a project management perspective.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years experience in application development software and hardware platforms.

Benefits & Perks

• Pay: $53.20 - $88.65 per hour.
• Hours: 40 hours per week.
• Length: 5-month contract.
