About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve software applications.
• Work with ETL tools such as Pentaho, Spark, or Databricks to manage data workflows.
• Manage data warehousing and data management tasks.
• Apply application development skills across multiple technologies and design techniques.
• Participate in Agile methodologies and collaborate within a team environment.
• Implement techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, and Test Driven Development.
• Ensure application resiliency and security in development processes.

Requirements

• Proficiency in ETL tools (Pentaho preferred), Spark, or Databricks.
• Experience with Datawarehousing and Data Management.
• Strong proficiency in Python.
• Knowledge of IAM/PAM is preferred.
• Proficiency in SQL, Databases, and Data Management.
• Application development skills across more than one technology and multiple design techniques.
• Working proficiency in development toolset for software design, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
• Knowledge of techniques such as Continuous Integration, Continuous Delivery, Test Driven Development, cloud development, application resiliency, and security.
• Proficiency in one or more general purpose programming languages.
• Understanding of overall software engineering disciplines including business analysis, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and improvement.
