The Presales Solution Consultant is a subject matter expert in Speech Analytics, Quality, and Customer Engagement, responsible for supporting sales through product demonstrations, customer discovery, and business case development to drive license revenue and customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute the company's sales strategies and support achievement of established sales quota based on practice and national targets.
  • Use industry knowledge and best practices to differentiate Verint solutions and secure new business through a consultative approach.
  • Collaborate with account executives and pre-sales consultants to develop winning propositions and sales strategies for new license opportunities.
  • Conduct customer and prospect discovery sessions, executive meetings, and strategy workshops to gather knowledge and secure additional business.
  • Deliver compelling customer demonstrations showcasing solution capabilities and ROI based on customer needs.
  • Generate detailed business reports and action plans identifying operational strengths and weaknesses, highlighting where Verint can offer operational excellence.
  • Work with customers and sales teams to develop solution bill of materials to ensure customer satisfaction and value.
  • Provide feedback on product functionality, consulting services, training, sales collateral, demo content, and messaging to improve offerings.
  • Ensure continuity during handoff to services to meet customer expectations.
  • Mentor and transfer solution selling skills to the sales team, serving as a role model.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience in a business consultancy environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in a consulting or presales role with a successful track record in complex enterprise software solution selling.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting to diverse audiences, including technical and executive levels.
  • Ability to demonstrate software solutions effectively to executive audiences.
  • Strong ability to create compelling, value-based presentations and interpret business challenges into process recommendations.
  • Experience working with customers and collaborating with sales teams to close complex product sales.
  • Ability to articulate technology concepts in understandable terms for operations and management.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with minimal supervision.
  • Strong listening skills and highly developed project management and organizational skills.
  • Willingness to travel 50-60%.
  • Successful completion of background screening and ability to obtain necessary travel credit lines.

Nice to Have

  • 5+ years presales experience selling enterprise software solutions in Workforce Optimization, Customer Analytics, Engagement Management.
  • Deep knowledge of workforce optimization.
  • Familiarity with Verint products and detailed knowledge of application recording, analytics, employee performance management, eLearning, coaching, forecasting, scheduling, and feedback solutions.
  • Knowledge of organizational design, business approaches, hierarchy, and performance measurement strategies.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent work experience.
