The Solution Strategy of Patient Recruitment Senior Manager role is focused on empowering health care decisions through evidence-based insights, advancing clinical research by translating real-world data into actionable knowledge, and developing patient recruitment solutions for pharmaceutical manufacturers, government, NIH entities, academic, and other partners. It is a high-visibility client and leadership facing position.

Key Responsibilities

Develop Recruitment strategies that meet the needs of clients' research objectives
Gain deep understanding of Recruitment service offering and patient engagement operational models
Collaborate with colleagues across Business Development, Patient Recruitment Operations, and Analytics to develop optimal solutions that best support client objectives
Lead client discovery sessions to further refine strategy/solution
Ensure appropriate solution is developed and clearly communicated to client
Collaborate with Proposal and Pricing managers on proposal and budget creation
Present Recruitment solution to client study team and leadership in a comprehensive presentation

Requirements

3+ years of experience in business development, healthcare consulting, clinical research patient recruitment, or similar related field
Ability to work with and gain buy-in from internal and external stakeholders
Work and navigate in a Salesforce-driven environment
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Comfortable presenting to senior executives to articulate a deep understanding of product offering and match with client needs
Bachelor's degree required; may consider comparable work experience

Nice to Have

Experience working with major pharmaceutical, biotech, and other partners in the clinical research space

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
