Specialist - Market Analysis & Mapping

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop Portfolio Expansion Plan (PEP) for each assigned Franchisee with a portfolio of up to 4 stores in partnership with Development Consultants.
• Align with Development Consultants to identify and understand each franchisee's operational, organizational, and financial capabilities for enterprise growth through new store development.
• Participate in development discussions with Franchisee for new store growth in alignment with Development Consultants and FBC/Region.
• Effectively communicate financial and geographic analysis results.
• Utilize multiple data sets and analytical tools to evaluate development opportunities.
• Maintain accurate and consistent documentation for all opportunities utilizing SalesForce/Connect.
• Maintain accurate catalog of available and awarded opportunities.
• Evaluate geographic and demographic viability of special initiative opportunities.
• Create and update store delivery boundaries, including new store boundaries for OLO routing and boundary updates to optimize D&S areas.
• Provide data such as sales, household count, or other metrics to recommend area optimizations.
• Maintain and update store location points using latitude and longitude coordinates for GPS system.
• Manage opportunities throughout the development process and monitor/update opportunity statuses in Connect.
• Prepare documentation for proposals, draft term sheets, and Development Agreements.
• Generate PDF maps for legal purposes using ArcGIS Pro, including relocations, purchases, and renewals.
• Evaluate delivery intrusion requests and prepare related documentation and maps.
• Create cosmetic maps such as DMA level maps, franchisee portfolio maps, and organizational maps.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Market Analysis/Retail Development or Financial Analysis experience preferred.
• Self-motivated with effective time management skills.
• Experience working on a team and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Appreciation for data-driven results.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work cross-functionally to solve problems holistically.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Microsoft Office software experience required, with expertise in Excel.
• ArcGIS/ESRI and Salesforce experience preferred.
• Ability to travel up to 10% of the time.
• Available home internet.
