About the Role

The Marketing Automation Specialist at JCB North America is responsible for executing and optimizing marketing automation efforts using Eloqua. This role involves managing workflows, email marketing programs, lead scoring, segmentation, and engagement tracking to support marketing and sales alignment. The position works closely with the Marketing Operations Manager to integrate Eloqua with Salesforce, enhancing marketing efficiency within a manufacturing and heavy equipment industry context.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain automated workflows to support lead nurturing and customer engagement.
Support email marketing programs, including campaign creation, segmentation, and performance tracking.
Design and optimize lead scoring models to enhance marketing and sales alignment.
Collaborate with the CRM Manager to ensure seamless data integration between Eloqua and Salesforce.
Analyze key performance metrics and provide data-driven insights to improve marketing effectiveness.
Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations and email marketing best practices.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Experience in marketing automation.
Strong understanding of lead scoring, segmentation, and marketing automation best practices.
Experience integrating marketing automation platforms with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce.

Nice to Have

Eloqua certification or extensive hands-on experience with the platform.
Experience working in B2B marketing, preferably in manufacturing or heavy equipment industries.
Knowledge of demand generation strategies and customer journey mapping.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
