About the Role

Our Consumer Technology experience team is delivering innovative and reliable technology solutions to power differentiated, simplified customer experiences. This career step requires limited level experience and is responsible for all aspects of technical project and program management that are more network focused and not IT or Software Delivery related. The position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week in the posted location(s), with no relocation offered.

Key Responsibilities

  • Under direct supervision, develop and manage complex technical project plans to completion within time and resource constraints.
  • Analyze proposed projects, develop detailed project plan schedules, and identify and assemble a project team.
  • Perform scheduling, tracking, reporting, risk analysis, cost management, variance analysis, change management, evaluation, and control of complex technical projects.
  • Establish and manage critical contractual relationships with customers and/or external vendors.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and production life cycle of technical business initiatives, including vendor management.
  • May lead and/or manage multiple interrelated projects or a family of strategic programs.
  • Use Scrum or Agile development techniques and tools for team collaboration, issue tracking, and backlog management, including sprint planning, iteration meetings, and backlog management.

Requirements

  • Typically requires 1-2 years of experience.
  • Working knowledge of technical principles and learning AT&T technologies.
  • Preferred Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Administration degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Agile development techniques and tools such as Scrum.
  • Experience managing complex technical projects and vendor relationships.
