About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Monitors social media trends and cultural opportunities.
• Supports social listening strategy and tactics across various web entities.
• Aids content and social media team in campaign and evergreen asset planning and creation.
• Develops asset briefs, supports briefings, and inputs creative requests to copywriters and production teams.
• Supports team on live commerce video initiatives by working with cross-functional partners to gather products and promotional offers and providing day-of support during production.
• Supports owned ambassador program by tracking outreach responses, contract progress, and seeding products.
• Publishes content through Petco's CMS (AEM), social media scheduling platform (Sprinklr), and native platforms.
• Pulls monthly and campaign-level channel data from Sprinklr, Adobe Analytics, and native platforms to inform reporting.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or another related field.
• 3+ years' experience in content marketing and/or social media or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Superior relationship-building skills.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines with ease and comfort.
• Experience with CMS (preference on Adobe Experience Manager).
• Experience with social media scheduling platforms (preference with Sprinklr).
• Advance knowledge of native social media platforms.

• Experience with Adobe Analytics.
