About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support Product Management and Technology Development teams to drive execution of the customer journey amongst various product portfolios.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to assist in creating epics and user stories.
• Collaborate with key stakeholders to support the digital strategy defined by Product Management teams.
• Maintain and follow operational procedures and processes.
• Participate in weekly/monthly department meetings.
• Assist in working on new technology platforms that are revolutionizing the retail industry.
• Participate in intern programs that support technical and leadership development within the organization.

Requirements

• Open to students pursuing degrees in Information Systems, Business, or Management, with a preferred GPA of 3.0.
• Highly motivated student with the desire to take initiative on their own work.
• Must have work authorization in the US that does not require future visa sponsorship.
• Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in groups or independently.
• Accuracy and attention to detail with the ability to preserve confidentiality of information.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and ability to present information to various levels of the organization.
• Ability to analyze and interpret information and apply it to business needs.
• Commitment to providing customer service.
• Help support Product Management and Technology Development teams in their projects.

Nice to Have

• Technical majors preferred.
• Prior experience in a retail environment.

Qualifications

• Actively pursuing a degree at an accredited college or university.
• Preferred GPA of 3.0.
