Sr. Analyst, Business Intelligence

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support the analytic needs of the business by using data from various sources (e.g. call centers, SAP, Adobe, & Business Objects).
• Design, implement, and support modern data solutions with Azure technologies and Snowflake.
• Create comprehensive dashboards from different data sources for presentations to senior management and product working teams.
• Lead the process of driving and surfacing core insights from available data and create strategies to improve the customer experience & performance.
• Early involvement in enterprise projects to define reporting needs & incorporate those needs into the system design.
• Provide guidance and strategy with data curation, ETL process, leading and supporting complex data pipelines.
• Present analysis & strategies to senior management in verbal & written forms.
• Perform other duties/projects as assigned by business management as needed.

Requirements

• 4-7 years experience with data intelligence tools (e.g., Azure Data Studio, Snowflake, Databricks, Google Cloud Platform, Redshift, Adobe Analytics).
• 4-7 years experience in reporting & analyzing performance & data visualization (Tableau, Power BI).
• 2-4 years experience in online e-commerce or online support environments.
• 2-4 years experience with advanced SQL, scripting languages such as Python, and ETL processes supporting complex data pipelines.
• 2-4 years experience with data warehousing methodologies and modeling techniques.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analysis, Finance, Data Science, or a similar field.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• At least 18 years of age.

Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Business Analysis, Finance, Data Science, or a similar degree (preferred).

• 4-7 years experience in reporting & data visualization.
• 2-4 years experience in online environments.
• 2-4 years experience with SQL, scripting, ETL, and data warehousing.
