About the Role

The Sr. Analyst, Digital Content leads a team of data coordinators in the execution of homedepot.com digital content collection and maintenance. This position creates and implements processes that optimize the efficiency of the digital content and promotional events. The Sr. Analyst works directly with Home Depot internal customers, specifically HD Home, to coordinate requirements and processes for ensuring that digital content is completely and accurately reflected on the website. The position oversees all aspects of digital content gathering and maintenance in support of www.homedepot.com, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and proper transformation, and collaborates with technology teams to resolve data issues.

Key Responsibilities

Attend Merchant meetings and identify and facilitate digital content requests as a result of thereof
Manage relationship between Merchants and the website www.homedepot.com as it pertains to product introduction, maintenance, or enhancements
Facilitate new program development as new programs and services are identified by Merchants
Develop process to drive product information as it is shown online and participate in project teams to provide input regarding product data changes needed due to website or business changes
Research data issues and errors and partner with IT and business teams to resolve them
Coordinate and ensure appropriate reporting is in place and identify any performance issues
Partner with internal and external organizations to identify training needs and deliver training when needed

Requirements

Must be eighteen years of age or older
Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
Minimum of 2 years of work experience
Proven expertise in Excel, Tableau, Big Query, and SQL
Understanding of Home Depot Merchandising assortment and associated product classifications
Strong organizational, analytical, and customer service skills
Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to communicate with technology and business partners
Knowledge of internal Home Depot store product system(s) including base tables
The knowledge, skills, and abilities typically acquired through the completion of a bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field
