The Sr. Analyst, People Analytics, plays a key role in analyzing large and complex HR data sets, creating dashboards, and partnering with global and local HR teams to improve data accuracy and reporting. Key Responsibilities

Analyze large and complex data sets to create simple and dynamic visuals and dashboards in Power BI.
Partner with Kraft Heinz's Global and local HR teams and other teams on structuring large scale data sets and data projects and dashboard development.
Organize data connections and ensure accuracy for HR data sets.
Understand metrics like turnover, vacancy rate, retention, engagement, and internal mobility across the P&P Function.
Find efficient ways to manage data sets, coordinate with teams to improve and ensure accuracy, and align with senior team members on global objectives.
Maintain a conceptual structure of data and formulas used, design and recommend analytical approaches to improve business reporting, and assure data quality.

Requirements

Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and follow through.
Experience with Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
Experience dealing with large data sets on a global scale.
Quick learning ability to grasp data concepts and formulas and connect with teams to reach agreement on data representation.
Previous experience working with HR data sets is valued.
Snowflake and/or SQL experience is a nice-to-have.

Qualifications

Experience with large data sets and data visualization tools.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
Experience with HR data sets (preferred).
Knowledge of SQL or Snowflake (preferred).
