About the Role

Nestlé USA is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Analyst to support their Strategic Revenue Management (SRM) initiatives. The role involves aligning deep expertise of SRM levers with commercial experience to help Division and Channels/Customer teams achieve their business goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Supporting the execution of SRM deployment across divisions with thorough understanding of landscape, opportunities and trends
  • Work cross-functionally with division stakeholders, accounts and brands to identify profitable initiatives and opportunities
  • Understand the impact decisions will have on the commercial landscape
  • Support division teams to embed SRM expertise across the commercial planning process (MBS, ICP, MBP)
  • Support development of Price/Promo capabilities across divisions
  • Drive multi-lens market analyses for price and promo opportunity identification and impact estimation
  • Support identification of pricing opportunities and develop pricing scenarios with Brand/Sales to optimize pricing architecture
  • Support recommendations on price and promo per channel/customer and improvements to deliver targets, as well as driving SRM enablers (data, system, process, capabilities)
  • Monitor pricing execution and perform post-promo analysis and optimization
  • Develop understanding of pricing (slope, curves, elasticities) and promotion (tactics, ROI, incrementality)
  • Drive promo strategy, monitor post-event performance, and provide real-time recommendations
  • Support the definition and execution of Price-Pack Architecture across divisions
  • Support definition and execution of optimized Pack Price architecture considering consumer, shopper, and customer needs
  • Monitor PPA optimization opportunities
  • Support deep business analytics to uncover growth and competitive positioning opportunities
  • Define and execute Mix & Assortment strategies across divisions
  • Support high-level SRM strategy across division stakeholders
  • Leverage data and analytics from SRM tools to create actionable presentations
  • Understand business drivers & KPIs and how SRM levers impact them
  • Provide holistic view of challenges and opportunities to improve SRM capabilities
  • Be a self-starter, identify opportunities, and be accountable for initiative execution

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of Business experience preferred, experience in the Consumer Packaged Goods industry a plus
  • 1+ years related Strategic Pricing experience preferred
  • Strong track record in analytic or commercial sales/marketing roles, with commercial acumen
  • Understanding of tool development, syndicated data, promotional effectiveness, sales finance
  • Familiarity with multiple data sources such as syndicated sales data, financial data, and consumer data
  • Experience with Excel, IRI, PowerBI, PowerPoint
  • Ability to transform data and insights into compelling stories with specific recommendations
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills across functions
  • Commercial experience (finance and/or sales) to guide internal and external stakeholder conversations
  • Deep understanding of business drivers & KPIs and how SRM levers impact them
  • Analytical thought partner capable of identifying relevant data for actionable insights
