Sr. Associate Brand Manager, OREO

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct weekly and monthly brand performance analysis, competitive landscape, and category dynamics to deliver actionable insights and steward full year delivery of topline and bottom-line targets.
• Lead, analyze, and support the delivery of the business plan and actively participate in the Integrated Business Planning process (IBP).
• Support brand portfolio management and lead OREO Platforms commercialization and launch plans for renovation, business-critical projects, and post-launch innovation tracking.
• Own social strategy for OREO Platforms, steward execution of influencer and creator-led content, and build shopper marketing playbook activations.

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of work experience in brand management or related fields.
• Ability to thrive in and handle ambiguity and a fast-paced environment.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and business acumen skills.
• Proficiency in data analysis to identify key performance drivers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent Excel and PowerPoint skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to build and deliver against strict timelines.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
