Key Responsibilities

Partner with the PDN team to understand reporting needs and deliver impactful business intelligence solutions.
Design, develop, and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau, SQL, and other BI platforms.
Analyze large datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and opportunities that support strategic initiatives.
Ensure data accuracy and integrity to support informed decision-making across the organization.
Continuously improve reporting processes and tools to enhance efficiency and usability.
Communicate insights clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Mentor junior analysts and contribute to a culture of continuous learning and development.

Requirements

Candidate must be based in the metropolitan area of Columbus, OH; position allows for remote work.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field, with typically 2+ years of relevant experience.
3+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field.
Proficiency in SQL and experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and data accuracy.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and manage multiple priorities.

Nice to Have

Master's degree in a related field.
Experience in the healthcare industry, particularly in pharmacy or medication management.

Qualifications

Degree or equivalent in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
Typically requires 2+ years of relevant experience.
