The Sr Business Analysis Manager delivers big insights and helps leaders throughout the business to make critical strategic and operational decisions and shape the long-term vision for T-Mobile's Customer Care organization. This individual will be critical in finding ways to effectively resolve customer pain points, prevent unnecessary contacts, reduce customer churn and effort, create contextualized experiences, and empower our frontline teams to deliver world-class service through the use of deep analytics and strategic vision.
