Job Description

About the Role

The Sr. Business Analyst, NAM will deliver measurement, reporting, and behavioral insights across North America to guide strategic investments and optimize digital products, UX, merchandising, and marketing. The role involves conducting sophisticated analyses, shaping strategy, involving collaborators, and guiding forecasting. The candidate will collaborate cross-functionally to set performance targets, evaluate campaign efficiency, and provide actionable recommendations, while mentoring junior analysts and promoting a data-driven culture.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own reporting and insights to support end-to-end trading process (i.e. missed demand, markdown optimization, product launch / seasonal retros, etc).
  • Blend disparate data sources into dashboards for business reviews and ad hoc analyses. Partner with BI teammates to identify issues with source data and troubleshoot resolution.
  • Support forecasting and annual planning efforts in collaboration with commercial, marketing, and planning teams. Leverage market and driven insights to advise financial processes.
  • Leverage marketing attribution and incrementality studies to advise budget, channel, and campaign opportunities across full funnel campaigns.
  • Supervise Brand & consumer trends to tell a cohesive story; translate metrics into significant insights and business recommendations for partners.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Engineering, Analytics, Information Systems, or a related discipline.
  • 5+ years of analytics or related experience.
  • Proficiency with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tool.
  • Proficiency with SQL, Python, or R.
  • Experience with web analytics (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and media platforms (e.g., Google, Facebook) strongly preferred.
  • Experience with a/b/multivariate testing, attribution, and media mix modeling.
  • Experience with descriptive and predictive statistics.
  • Outstanding communication/interpersonal skills to articulate ideas, frame problems, and offer solutions.
  • Balanced strategic and tactical thinker with strong presentation, problem-solving, analytical, and budget management skills and understanding of return on investment analysis.
  • Excellent judgment and creative problem-solving skills including negotiation and conflict resolution skills.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Comscore, Nielsen, Kantar, or similar systems.
