The role of Content Marketer involves developing and executing content strategies to engage target audiences, enhance inbound marketing, and strengthen brand awareness, utilizing SEO best practices and content management systems.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create high-quality, engaging content across various formats, including blog posts, web articles, eBooks, and white papers.
  • Advise other content creators across marketing, communications, and international teams on content best practices and guidelines.
  • Conduct keyword research and apply SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve organic visibility.
  • Collaborate with brand and creative teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all content channels.
  • Analyze content performance metrics including engagement, traffic, and conversion rates, making data-driven adjustments as needed.
  • Stay up to date with emerging content trends, audience needs and preferences, and competitive landscape to inform content creation and strategy.
  • Manage content calendars and ensure timely delivery of content while maintaining high standards of quality and consistency.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing or corporate communications roles.
  • Proven experience in content marketing, with a strong portfolio showcasing diverse writing styles and formats.
  • Proficiency in SEO best practices and familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to measure content performance.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills, with a keen eye for detail and a strong command of grammar and style.
  • Experience with content management systems (CMS) and various marketing platforms.
  • Experience with AI content tools and best practices.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
