We’re looking for talent like you who can continue to elevate our work and culture. We are seeking a Senior Copywriter in Minneapolis or Chicago to join our creative team, who can develop compelling integrated creative ideas, produce award-winning work, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities

Understand our clients' business challenges and develop compelling integrated creative ideas based on strategies.
Write scripts, posts, headlines, and copy that help our clients move their businesses forward.
Present work effectively internally and to clients.
Collaborate with art directors and designers from concept through production, taking direction from creative directors to elevate the work.
Help foster an inclusive, inspiring, and energetic working environment.
Collaborate with cross-functional team members, including other creatives, account management, production, strategy, and media.
Stay abreast of trends and new media formats, absorbing culture across mediums.
Meet deadlines and requirements from kickoff to final delivery.

Requirements

Creative agency experience required.
A creative portfolio which displays ability to think in unexpected ways.
Knowledge of integrated production and campaign development.
Effective at presenting ideas.
Hungry to grow creative skills and copywriting craft.

Nice to Have

Deep experience with social and/or cross-cultural audiences.

Qualifications

Experience working in a creative agency environment.
