About the Role

The Sr. Demand Generation Manager, Paid Media at Wellhub (formerly Gympass), is responsible for owning and executing the B2B demand generation strategy for the US market. Key Responsibilities

  • Own US Paid Media strategy and execution, aligned to pipeline goals.
  • Design and optimize full-funnel campaigns including Awareness, Lead Generation, Nurture, ABM, and more.
  • Set and report on KPIs tied to pipeline, opportunity creation, and conversation.
  • Analyze performance data and deliver strategic recommendations.
  • Champion experimentation and channel innovation such as Reddit, YouTube, CTV, and other emerging platforms.
  • Collaborate with regional marketers, content, creative, and operations teams to execute and iterate campaigns.
  • Drive pipeline and revenue, not just clicks.
  • Manage media budgets, agency relationships, and in-house resources to meet targets.
  • Test and scale high-impact tactics across all funnel stages from awareness to ABM and retargeting.
  • Ensure paid programs are integrated and effective within the broader marketing strategy.

Requirements

  • 4-6+ years of experience in Paid Media with a proven track record in B2B growth and revenue impact.
  • Hands-on experience managing LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, and other emerging platforms.
  • Comfort with tools like Google Sheets, Looker, Tableau, and performance data analysis tools.
  • Experience building campaigns for Enterprise and SMB segments with different journeys and needs.
  • High standard of work and strong sense of ownership, with the ability to meet goals and ask critical questions.
  • Strong internal collaboration skills and ability to partner with demand generation leads.
  • Mandatory experience leading growth and strategy through paid media channels.
