Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop the digital strategy to promote FCCU's products and services.
• Collaborate with the Marketing management team to ensure digital and media content is consistent with the credit union's brand.
• Lead digital marketing projects and work closely with the Marketing team to ensure their success.
• Translate marketing campaigns into digital communication that complements other campaign collateral.
• Create engaging and persuasive digital creative and content across various digital channels to drive visitor engagement and lead conversion.
• Ensure consistency across all media campaigns by collaborating with digital media, website, SEO, social media, and video teams.
• Demonstrate project management skills, including lead generation, lead validation, and information delivery to relevant groups.
• Excel in copywriting to maintain brand messaging, clarity, and professionalism.
• Provide weekly reports on social and digital campaign results.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience working in digital design/media.
• Proficiency with Adobe graphic design software.
• Experience in visual data analytics is preferred.
• Ability to translate marketing campaigns into digital content.
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent copywriting skills to ensure clear, concise, and on-brand messaging.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
