Sr Digital Marketing Specialist (Remote)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and recommend improvements for digital marketing strategies.
• Execute and manage email campaigns to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
• Implement digital campaigns effectively to meet company goals.
• Map lead journeys and set up digital campaigns to drive leads through the sales funnel.
• Identify trigger qualifications for digital communications.
• Strategically identify audience segments for optimal digital channel marketing.
• Build data extensions within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Define and execute acquisition and engagement email/SMS/push marketing campaigns.
• Leverage A/B and multivariate testing, segmentation, classification, and behavioral targeting to maximize profit, revenue, engagement, and lead nurturing.
• Design and execute data-driven experiments, track performance, and incorporate learnings for continuous improvement.
• Create promotional and content strategies to expand digital reach.
• Collaborate on developing content that drives consumer and merchant engagement.
• Build landing pages utilizing best practices to increase lead conversion.
• Ensure compliance with consumer protection laws (CAN-SPAM, TCPA, etc.) and all relevant regulations.
• Build launch plans with key milestones and target timelines.
• Report on campaign performance and identify new opportunities.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, operations, analytics, or campaign management.
• 2-3 years of experience with Marketing Cloud.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns that generate leads and achieve revenue growth.
• Proficiency in marketing automation systems and Salesforce, with ability to integrate systems with other technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and technical capability.
• Ability to work well with Sales Operations and Marketing teams to define and implement projects and campaigns.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Nice to Have

• Certifications in relevant marketing systems, processes, and tools.
• Experience with Medicaid or Medicare health plans.
• Strong analytical skills.
