The company leverages proprietary platforms combining data, AI technology, and marketing expertise to drive sales and market share for automotive clients. The Sr. Digital Strategist role involves managing client relationships, launching campaigns, and providing strategic insights to automotive dealerships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing the business and growing relationships with all stakeholders within key Automotive Dealership accounts
  • Successfully launching new client campaigns and effectively communicating goals & key metrics for success while establishing the relationship post-sale
  • Meeting with dealership Owners/GMs, Marketing Directors and/or GSMs to strengthen relationships and engagement
  • Utilizing data and real-time market information to make recommendations regarding inventory levels, sales processes, marketing efforts, and areas of opportunity
  • Crafting and building the story surrounding the results of existing campaigns and delivering that information to key stakeholders
  • Using tools such as the Platform, Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Market Share data, and dealership CRM data to understand campaign performance and make suggestions
  • Running and commanding reporting meetings inside the dealership or via Zoom to deliver campaign performance information to C-level executives
  • Presenting areas for growth to existing clients and sister stores to expand business and increase success

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education and experience
  • Passion for digital advertising and sales
  • Minimum three years' experience in a sales or account management role, with direct experience with online marketing or media, working with automotive dealers
  • Minimum three years' experience providing account management, including upselling goals
  • Minimum 3 years of digital marketing experience, including SEO, Search, Display, Video, Social Media Marketing, and lead generation
  • Strong team collaboration experience
  • Assertive, goal-oriented, and self-motivated
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and work under deadlines with outstanding organization skills
  • Professional communication skills to work directly with customers
  • Superior knowledge of digital advertising products (display, SEM, SEO), with the ability to learn new technology
  • Ability to proactively troubleshoot and find creative solutions
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
  • Google Analytics; Google AdWords certifications preferred
  • Occasional travel could be possible
