Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive digital analytics and experimentation strategy, aligning with the company's $2B ecommerce growth objectives and digital transformation roadmap.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of analytics frameworks and testing programs (A/B, multivariate, personalization) to optimize user experience, conversion, and revenue.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of digital initiatives, marketing campaigns, and site performance.
  • Oversee the development of dashboards, reports, and presentations to deliver actionable insights to executive leadership and stakeholders, enabling data-driven decision-making.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Technology, and Merchandising teams to identify opportunities for growth, customer acquisition, retention, and operational efficiency through advanced analytics.
  • Champion the use of digital analytics platforms (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics) and ensure data integrity, scalability, and democratization across the organization.
  • Partner with digital innovation, IT, eCommerce, merchandising and marketing teams to bring AI-powered capabilities to life.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of analytics, testing, and data science professionals, fostering a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning.
  • Identify and implement automation opportunities and advanced analytics techniques (predictive modeling, segmentation, attribution) to enhance business outcomes and operational efficiency.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory requirements in all analytics and data management practices.
  • Communicate complex analyses and insights in a clear, compelling manner to influence strategic decisions at the highest levels of the organization.
  • Oversee the team that implements the digital analytics tagging for Adobe within the Tealium platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in digital analytics, experimentation, or data science, with at least 5 years in a senior/executive leadership role within ecommerce or digital businesses.
  • Demonstrated success leading large-scale analytics and testing programs that drive measurable business impact for high-volume ecommerce operations.
  • Expertise in digital analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics), A/B and multivariate testing tools, and data visualization software.
  • Strong business acumen, with the ability to translate data into actionable strategies and communicate effectively with executive stakeholders.
  • Experience building and mentoring high-performing analytics teams.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI-powered capabilities and advanced analytics techniques such as predictive modeling, segmentation, and attribution.
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms like Tealium for digital tagging.

Qualifications

  • Educational background in Data Science, Statistics, Business, Computer Science, or related fields.
  • Extensive experience in digital analytics and experimentation, including leadership roles.

  • Competitive salary range of $201,900 to $250,000 per year, with potential for additional compensation through the company's bonus plan.
