About the Role

The Senior Director, Marketing - NAM Partners and Ecosystem at Palo Alto Networks is responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies for North America partners and ecosystems. The role involves leading a team of partner marketing professionals, collaborating with sales and cross-functional teams, and driving demand generation, market share, and revenue growth in the cybersecurity industry. Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute highly targeted, integrated marketing campaigns within the partner ecosystem to generate multi-million dollar pipeline and revenue.
  • Shape the strategic direction of NAM partner marketing and act as a trusted advisor to senior sales executives.
  • Translate complex business objectives into impactful, measurable marketing plans.
  • Lead and cultivate a high-performing team of 15+ marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, creativity, and accountability.
  • Optimize marketing investments using a data-driven approach to ensure maximum ROI and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure seamless collaboration and brand consistency across global and regional teams, amplifying market presence through CSP, GSI, traditional distributors, and ISV alliances.

Requirements

  • Experience in developing and executing targeted, integrated marketing campaigns within a partner ecosystem.
  • Ability to shape strategic marketing direction and advise senior sales executives.
  • Proven leadership in managing and cultivating high-performing teams.
  • Strong data-driven approach to marketing investment optimization.
  • Experience collaborating across global and regional teams to ensure brand consistency.
  • Knowledge of cloud service providers, global systems integrators, and ISV alliances.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in cybersecurity or technology industries.
  • Familiarity with demand generation and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Experience working with diverse partner ecosystems including CSPs, GSIs, and distributors.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in marketing leadership roles, preferably in cybersecurity or technology sectors.
  • Proven track record of managing large teams and executing successful marketing strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with ROI optimization.
