About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic Sr. Email Marketing Campaign Specialist with prior Zeta Marketing Platform experience to support email marketing campaign initiatives. The Sr. Campaign Specialist will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns. Within ZMP, the specialist will implement end-to-end technical coding of email campaigns and email template development, including audience segmentation, dynamic content enablement, quality assurance, editing, testing, and deployment. This role involves working in an agile environment directly with internal teams to deliver campaigns and lists, ensuring timely deployment of emails and SMS communications for the Bank. The position offers a hybrid schedule preference for local talent in Boston, MA, with consideration for remote candidates willing to visit onsite quarterly.

Key Responsibilities

Utilizing expert knowledge of email platform(s), including the delivery system.
Collaborating with team members across product marketing to scope, design, and implement technical solutions for dynamic email projects.
Work with project stakeholders to identify requirements, solution development, or the level of effort.
Building, testing, and implementing content for automated campaigns, including advanced dynamic content.
Performing code & creative reviews to optimize emails.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the client's data sources and effectively interpret requests from the Product Marketing team.
Implement standards and quality controls to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Ensure compliance and adherence to all federal and state regulations, customer contact rules & customer preferences, including CAN-SPAM requirements.
Document all the campaign processes and keep evidence of all approvals and exceptions.

Requirements

Experience with Zeta Marketing Platform (Must-Have).
Email development experience, preferably in a similar marketing automation tool.
Advanced knowledge of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for email, including responsive & fluid code optimized for email.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to communicate campaign insights and business implications to non-technical business partners.
Familiarity with Jira or another workflow tool is a plus.
Experience with agile methodologies.

Nice to Have

UI design experience is a plus.

Qualifications
