Sr Experience Delivery Communications Specialist hybrid

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with market and corporate leaders to assess communication needs for consumer experience initiatives and develop comprehensive communication strategies.
• Plan, develop, and execute communication plans and toolkits for deployment across AdventHealth, ensuring alignment with operational and system-wide needs.
• Design, develop, and manage the SharePoint site for all Consumer Experience Delivery content, providing access to key resources and assets.
• Coordinate asset and collateral development for projects, ensuring consistency and brand standards.
• Monitor all communications related to consumer experience delivery to ensure well-orchestrated interactions with markets.
• Collaborate with the consumer experience team, business owners, and market leads during build and pilot phases to develop robust communication plans.
• Organize and develop communications about training and sustainment plans, partnering with relevant teams.
• Assist in establishing and managing governance standards for experience delivery communications, including project requirements and timelines.
• Engage with the solutioning team, operations, and business owners on new initiatives to develop effective communication strategies.
• Contribute to system-wide and market-level deployment plans, focusing on communication strategies.
• Organize and coordinate asset and collateral design, ensuring consistency and brand standards.
• Support new acquisition and start-up ventures by ensuring effective communication about activated initiatives.
• Maintain visibility into all education, cultural, sustainment, and improvement activities related to experience delivery.
• Assist in communicating sustainment plans for each initiative and monitor their effectiveness.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare or a related field.
• At least 2 years of related experience in communications or experience delivery.
• Strong communication skills with experience in building matrixed partnerships.
• Competency in project and change management within a fast-paced, complex environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including developing presentations.
• Experience creating communication plans and toolkits for high-visibility projects.
• Ability to develop and manage intranet/website pages, with proficiency in SharePoint techniques.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lead multiple initiatives simultaneously without compromising quality.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships, influence others, and interact with all management levels.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• SharePoint site development experience.
• Strong familiarity with AdventHealth markets and leadership.

Nice to Have

• Master's degree in Healthcare or a related field.
