Sr. Financial Systems Analyst, SAP FI-CO

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide implementation and application technical/functional support in the SAP FI-CO module focused on the core finance component, including Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger Accounting, Electronic Bank Statement, Fixed Assets, Cost Center Accounting, Project Systems, and Financial Consolidation (Group Reporting).
• Lead efforts with the business to define and document what constitutes business success for various initiatives.
• Work with solution integrators, the corporate IT team, and business process owners to plan, implement, and test SAP implementations and future system/process enhancements in the production landscape.
• Develop expertise in relevant business areas to ensure system applications support current and future business needs.
• Collaborate with business partners to understand current processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Elicit, analyze, and document requirements for cross-functional solutions.
• Lead or conduct requirements management activities, ensuring impact of changes is well understood and approved by stakeholders.
• Lead or conduct solution assessment and validation to ensure specifications meet business needs.
• Build positive relationships with business and technical teams involved in downstream processes.
• Define and establish appropriately scaled processes to enable productive resource use.
• Design and deliver high-quality, cost-effective solutions to meet business needs.
• Pursue continuous learning and application of new technologies to improve business, architectural, and productivity outcomes.

Requirements

• College, university, or equivalent degree in Finance/Accounting, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience directly with SAP S/4 HANA FI-CO module in configuration, implementation, and support.
• At least 5 years of experience working directly with business process owners.
• At least 5 years of experience interacting with technical resources.
