About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develops reporting and data warehousing solutions to address growing business reporting, analytics, and data requirements.
• Leverages expert knowledge to develop reports and analysis supporting Communications teams, including PR, Social Media, and Influencer Marketing.
• Proactively identifies business questions and provides answers through executive level storytelling leveraging data and other materials.
• Leads production of all reporting for Communications team, summarizing results, trends, and opportunities within ongoing campaign planning cycles and public-facing communications.
• Develops executive level content for business review presentations, including PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) on previous activities and forward-looking recommendations.
• Owns the development of forecasting models and solutions end-to-end in support of business needs.
• Leads primary research studies using qualitative and quantitative methods to provide in-depth insights and inform improvements to business processes, channel and functional strategies, and KPIs.
• Drives vision and requirements for new automated report solutions to meet long-term stakeholder data needs and maintains existing automated reports.
• Manages early warning systems with social media tools for key issues impacting brand and acts as crisis team liaison.

Requirements

• Five (5) plus years of experience in an Analyst role developing dashboards, analysis, reporting, and data warehousing solutions.
• Experience managing direct reports highly preferred.
• Expertise in SQL, relational databases, data warehousing, and automation.
• Ability to work with extremely large datasets.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, building interactive reports, complex dashboards, and creating calculated KPIs or metrics.
• Ability to translate complex analytical work into meaningful insights and recommendations for business stakeholders.
• Experience in extracting, cleaning, and manipulating data from multiple systems into reporting objects for analysis.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in user interface design and data visualization front-end architecture and implementation.
• Undergraduate degree or equivalent in computer science, information systems, engineering, economics, or other technical field.
• Legally eligible to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

• Base salary range of $105,300 - $168,500 annually.
