Key Responsibilities

Identify and shape strategic AI technical roadmap opportunities grounded by data and digital insight, partnering with marketing, product innovation, and technology teams to frame the right problems and prioritize initiatives with high impact
Translate business goals and abstract needs into technical requirements, ensuring effective solutions are actionable, scalable, and aligned with strategic intent
Analyze innovation processes through the lens of value and digital transformation, recommending improvements that accelerate outcomes and align with enterprise strategy
Leverage insight and analytics to uncover end-to-end process automation opportunities, driving efficiency, scalability, and digital maturity
Serve as a liaison between marketing and IT, enabling seamless collaboration and shared understanding and alignment of priorities across delivery efforts
Facilitate cross-functional working sessions with an agile mindset, embracing iterative delivery, rapid feedback, and continuous value delivery
Stay current on emerging technologies (especially AI), digital trends, and IT capabilities to proactively recommend innovative solutions to business problems

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university
5+ years of combined experience of working in a business and technical function
2+ years of experience working across business and technology teams to deliver a product or digital solutions roadmap, preferably in a new product innovation context

Nice to Have

Previous experience working with Generative AI or other emerging technologies

Qualifications

Experience in delivering digital solutions and product roadmaps
Strong communication skills in both business and IT domains
