The role involves product design, development, and delivery of complex telecommunications and networking products, with a focus on customer experience and tailored solutions for channel partners.

Key Responsibilities

Match product features & functionality with available resources within IT, Operations, and Technology, while balancing market needs & expectations.
Guide and direct development experts within IT to ensure OSS is properly built to meet product specifications.
Evaluate and scrutinize the project plan and all product specifications for accuracy, completeness, and achievability.
Be an expert in complex product design; understand Lumen OSS and communications technologies.
Act as a team leader that can cast vision, illustrate tactics/strategy, and hold team members accountable.
Serve as a corporate spokesperson, sales support expert, and teacher to junior and senior product managers across all VPs and other business units.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and relevant experience.
5+ years' experience as a Product Manager in the telecommunications or technology industries supporting complex products like SASE/SD-WAN, Security, and Collaboration/Voice, as well as experience with adaptive, Networking-as-a-Service technologies.
Experience with SAFe Agile methodology.
Market research and data analytics skills.
Knowledge of software development methodologies.
Experience with product strategy and prototyping.
Basic understanding of data structures and algorithms.

Nice to Have

UX/UI experience is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

Relevant experience supporting complex products in telecommunications or technology industries.
Experience with market research, data analytics, and product strategy.
