About the Role

As a Senior Offering Manager for Building Automation within the BMS division at Honeywell, you will be a key driver of the BA Connected Strategy for the Direct business under HBS, with a strong focus on Enterprise and Service Upsell sales. Your role will be pivotal in shaping and executing the strategy for our cloud-based offerings, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs. You will report directly to the Connected Offerings Portfolio Director and contribute to employee development, fostering an inclusive culture and driving organizational change. This position offers the opportunity to impact business growth and success through collaboration with cross-functional teams including engineering/R&D, marketing, sales, IT, and operations. Location: Atlanta, GA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive NPI strategy aligned with business objectives and market opportunities. Define the vision, goals, and priorities for NPI initiatives and ensure alignment with broader company strategies.
  • Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, engineering, design, marketing, and sales, to drive NPI initiatives forward. Facilitate communication and coordination between teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive threats. Identify new opportunities for product expansion or innovation through NPI initiatives.
  • Lead the development of product roadmaps for NPI initiatives, outlining key milestones, features, and enhancements to be delivered over time. Prioritize initiatives based on market trends, customer needs, and business priorities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including executives, customers, partners, and industry influencers. Serve as the primary point of contact for NPI-related matters and ensure stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Monitor key performance metrics for NPI initiatives, including revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction. Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous optimization.
  • Drive innovation within the NPI process by identifying new market opportunities, emerging technologies, and customer needs. Work closely with R&D and innovation teams to develop and test new product concepts.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years of expertise in managing a portfolio of products, projects, and investments.
  • Proven track record in portfolio performance management and lifecycle management.
  • Strong understanding of Master Data Management.
  • Experience in managing NPI initiatives and developing product roadmaps.
  • Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to lead cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
