About the Role

Pinterest's Business Development team is responsible for developing partner strategy, sourcing, evaluating, executing, and managing partnerships that are critical for the company's growth and strategic initiatives. The Senior Manager, Business Development for Campaign Management & Creative API Partnerships will focus on sourcing and managing Martech partnerships to drive revenue, working closely with senior leadership and cross-functional teams. The role involves evolving partner strategies, identifying opportunities, negotiating deals, and coordinating deal execution in a hybrid work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Evolve the partner strategy for Campaign Management & Creative partnerships, including helping the company understand the industry landscape to identify opportunities
Lead the process of identifying partnerships to pursue, including building the business case through strategic/financial analysis and due diligence
Negotiate deals
Build relationships with leaders at existing and emerging Campaign Management & Creative partners
Coordinate deal execution and partner management across relevant teams including product, engineering, legal, marketing, and sales

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience
6+ years of work experience in business development, ideally with demonstrated experience in online advertising partnerships
Strategic, driven, and analytical with a passion for the online advertising industry and technology
Expertise in partner and program management and managing complex partnerships
Experience in performing broad quantitative analysis and negotiating complex deals
Knowledge of the online advertising industry and partner ecosystem
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional senior executives in a rapidly changing environment

Salary range from $151,634 to $312,188 USD, based on factors such as location, experience, and skills
