Job Description

About the Role

As a member of the Owned Channel Health team, you will be responsible for the ongoing monitoring, maintenance, and optimization of channel effectiveness and capability offerings/enablement, ensuring continuity of service, collaboration between owned channel marketing and technology business partners across wealth and brokerage, and the establishment, refinement, enhancement, and implementation of owned channel marketing best practices for new and existing messaging channels. This requires a self-starter with attention to detail as well as strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving skills. The ideal candidate will have prior marketing communications and/or agency experience as well as a background working within the financial services category.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor, maintain, and optimize owned marketing channels to ensure effectiveness and capability offerings.
  • Collaborate between owned channel marketing and technology business partners across wealth and brokerage.
  • Establish, refine, enhance, and implement owned channel marketing best practices for messaging channels.
  • Serve as an advocate, educator, facilitator, and change agent across multiple product teams, execution channels, and workstreams.
  • Evaluate, manage, and measure owned marketing programs and initiatives.
  • Help enhance channel offerings, reduce friction in the customer experience, and drive innovation across digital marketing solutions.
  • Partner with marketing and analytics teams to ensure digital channels drive incremental business outcomes and deliver high-quality customer experiences.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, and/or communications.
  • Experience with digital marketing campaigns, including email, .com, digital events, or mobile messaging.
  • Outstanding project/program management and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and handle challenges effectively.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Word.
  • Experience with digital marketing platforms including Adobe, Salesforce, Tableau, and content management systems.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.
  • Understanding of marketing initiatives across multiple digital channels and leveraging them to drive strategic outcomes.

Nice to Have

  • Agency experience.
  • Experience with Agile principles.
  • Knowledge of Financial Service Industry and our Products and Services.

Qualifications

  • Prior experience with digital marketing platforms including Adobe, Salesforce, Tableau, and content management systems.
  • Knowledge of the Financial Service Industry and related products is preferred.
