Key Responsibilities

  • Lead publishing operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs, metadata standards, and workflow efficiency.
  • Own the content authoring and publishing process, driving improvements that reduce manual work and enhance user experience.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across design, development, SEO, marketing, and communications to produce high-impact digital content.
  • Present roadmap execution updates to leadership and contribute to functional strategy development.
  • Hire, onboard, and support new team members, ensuring successful integration and performance.
  • Maintain accurate reporting on team scope and performance metrics.
  • Provide constructive feedback to team members and stakeholders to foster continuous improvement.
  • Manage third-party vendor relationships and internal tech partnerships to optimize platforms like RightAnswers.
  • Lead migration strategies for new authoring teams, ensuring alignment with platform standards.
  • Occasionally support on-call publishing needs during critical overnight issues.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in content delivery as a writer or platform specialist.
  • Strong leadership and process ownership skills.
  • Experience writing user stories and gathering business requirements.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to standards.
  • Innovation mindset and curiosity for continuous improvement.
  • Ability to work independently and guide a self-directed team.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with tools and platforms such as RightAnswers, Adobe Experience Manager, Sitecore, Jira, Celestial.
  • Knowledge of knowledge base management and publishing strategies.
  • Familiarity with modern content delivery models and emerging technologies like generative AI.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred), or extensive related professional experience.
  • 7-10 years of relevant work experience.
