Sr Manager, Digital Growth & Loyalty

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy focused on creating scalable customer awareness, acquisition, conversion, retention, and loyalty across social media, database, web, and partners.
• Drive compelling & high-performing paid and organic social media programs through creation of strategy, social playbooks, tracking mechanisms, and partnerships with business unit marketing managers.
• Grow social communities focused on safety & compliance that deliver value to the user and improve brand affinity.
• Spearhead strategies that drive database growth, create a pipeline of MQLs and SQLs, and establish a solid first-party data foundation.
• Maximize database effectiveness through lead segmentation, automation, and personalization strategies to improve email open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
• Leverage marketing automation & CRM strategies to generate brand loyalty and higher customer lifetime value.
• Create and manage an Influencer & Affiliate Program to increase brand awareness, disseminate product value stories, and generate ROI through conversions on owned and partner properties.
• Utilize data analytics and insights to track performance, inform strategic decisions, and identify new growth opportunities via scorecards, dashboards, and reports.
• Partner with the VP, Corporate Marketing to activate brand campaigns across digital platforms, translating brand messaging effectively into social, web, email, and influencer channels.
• Drive SEO & SEM programs to improve keyword authority, generate high-quality traffic, and reduce competition within the company's digital presence.
• Collaborate with channel marketing, product managers, and marketing teams to create programs, promotions, and campaigns that boost sales on owned properties.
• Lead, coach, and develop business unit marketing managers to create impactful digital programs aligned with business goals.

Requirements

• 7-10+ years of experience as a leader in digital marketing with a focus on e-commerce, digital brand building, and customer acquisition & loyalty.
• 5+ years of experience creating, implementing, and managing large-scale digital campaigns.
• Experience in developing and executing growth marketing strategies across multiple digital channels.
• Strong understanding of social media, email marketing, automation, CRM, SEO, SEM, and data analytics.
• Proven ability to lead teams, influence stakeholders, and develop impactful digital programs.

Nice to Have

• Experience working within industrial safety or related industries.
• Familiarity with influencer and affiliate marketing programs.
• Knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms used for automation, analytics, and campaign management.
