Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee the development and execution of groundbreaking digital marketing campaigns and build growth strategies for both established and developing artists, leading to follower growth and consumption
  • Monitor campaigns in real-time, making recommendations for continuous improvement, and create post-mortem analyses to quantify the impact of each campaign
  • Collaborate with internal teams including Commercial Revenue, Marketing, Brand Partnerships, Creative and Publicity to build cohesive cross-platform campaigns
  • Be responsible for the day-to-day social media strategy, website, and CRM strategies for a designated roster of artists and Warner Records social accounts with a focus on driving fandom, engagement, and music consumption
  • Partner with artists, management, and internal departments to develop and maintain an editorial calendar across all social platforms
  • Work with internal creatives and external creators to develop high-performing short-form content for Warner Records artists
  • Partner with the VP of Paid Media Strategy, Operations and Audience Growth to develop and execute paid media campaigns and CRM strategies
  • Work with the Insights team to profile online audiences and build digital marketing strategies based on demographic and psychographic data
  • Build and maintain relationships with social media platform representatives and participate in regular update meetings
  • Manage online marketing budget spends for each artist on your roster

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 3+ years professional experience in digital/social media marketing, direct to consumer marketing, or related fields, preferably at a Record Label or music management company
  • Outstanding organizational skills, verbal and written communication skills, and expertise in social media content strategy
  • Innate ability to lead and mentor
  • Project management experience
  • Experience with digital marketing plans that are concise and executable
  • Passion for fan-focused digital strategies with a solution-oriented mindset
  • Ability to excel in a fast-paced, tight timeframe, and team-oriented environment
  • Knowledge of how to drive online consumption, engagement, or growth
  • Proven leadership in team discussions and client meetings
  • Deep understanding of interactive technologies and communication tools including TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, YouTube, Snapchat, Discord, Website, Email/CRM, and social media trends
  • Deep knowledge of music trends and culture across multiple genres

Nice to Have

  • Photoshop, Illustrator, or other graphic design knowledge
  • Experience using project management software such as Monday and Basecamp
  • Understanding of social media analytics and posting tools such as Falcon and HootSuite
  • Record Label experience
  • People management skills
  • Short form video creation experience

Qualifications

  • Educational background including a bachelor's degree or equivalent
