About the Role

The Sr. Manager Digital Performance Marketing at Collibra is responsible for optimizing and growing the company's digital performance marketing practice. This role involves managing all aspects of performance marketing, including agency and partner relationships, budgets, audience strategy, and reporting on KPIs to stakeholders. The position also oversees the CRO practice to maximize traffic conversions and cross-promotions. It is a hybrid role based in Raleigh, North Carolina, requiring at least two days in the office weekly, and is part of Collibra's Growth Marketing team during a pivotal growth phase.

Key Responsibilities

  • Be the SME for paid campaign performance and establish a global strategy that achieves optimal results.
  • Collaborate closely with internal GTM teams (Demand Gen, Field Marketing, Portfolio Marketing, Brand & Creative) to propose and implement ad spend and organic strategies to maximize reach, impressions, and conversions.
  • Design a comprehensive performance marketing strategy in partnership with agencies, including planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns to drive qualified traffic and meet revenue targets.
  • Continuously monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and refine strategies to improve ROI.
  • Manage the performance marketing budget allocation effectively.
  • Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices.
  • Instill an analytical mindset within the team to maximize return on investments measured against customer lifetime value.
  • Lead the development of a culture of rapid experimentation, measurement, and iteration.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in a B2B/SaaS environment.
  • Experience managing relationships with agencies and partners.
  • High knowledge of SEM, SEO, with deep expertise in paid media.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis.
  • A bachelor's degree or equivalent related working experience.
  • This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
  • Results-driven mindset focused on ROI and optimization.
  • Experience with performance marketing channels, platforms, and tools.
  • Ability to think strategically across short, medium, and long-term horizons.
  • Highly entrepreneurial with experience growing a small marketing team and collaborating cross-functionally.
