Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive customer lifecycle marketing strategies to drive engagement, retention, and loyalty across all customer segments.
  • Utilize data analytics to segment customers based on behavior, preferences, and purchase history to tailor marketing efforts effectively.
  • Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, social media, and in-app messaging, to nurture customer relationships.
  • Develop and manage loyalty programs, referral programs, and other initiatives to increase customer retention and lifetime value.
  • Create and implement strategies for seamless omni-channel customer engagement, ensuring a consistent and personalized experience across all touchpoints.
  • Collaborate closely with CRM teams to leverage customer data, insights, and tools for effective lifecycle marketing and engagement.
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement. Provide regular reports on key performance metrics and campaign effectiveness.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive and customer-centric approach.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer lifecycle marketing, CRM, or a related role, preferably in the retail industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with retail industry customer engagement strategies.
  • Knowledge of advanced data analytics and segmentation techniques.
  • Familiarity with emerging marketing channels and technologies.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in customer lifecycle marketing or CRM roles.
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
