Sr Manager, Omni Performance & Analytics

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with Sr Director, Omni-Commerce and Omni Customer Teams in setting and tracking Omni Share, Sales and Digital Penetration Goals across the Enterprise.
• Lead Omni Reporting (Monthly, L13, L52 & FYTD eCommerce Reports) across the Enterprise, partnering with Circana and First Party Platforms to ensure accurate consumption reports.
• Develop Omni Strat plans for 'Power Brands' across the Enterprise and help develop centralized Omni Sales, Share and Digital Penetration targets per Category team.
• Manage team to provide actionable, digital insights and intelligence for each brand.
• Voice of Omni-Commerce in Category Team meetings and work back with Growth Office Team to brief on Omni Sales, Share and Digital Penetration goals.
• Partner with Category Management teams to develop eCategory Management roadmap and set standards including benchmarks and research.
• Lead relationship with Circana eCommerce Team and operate as HQ point of contact for First Party Customer digital platforms.
• Support monthly business reviews & key meetings with stakeholders across the Enterprise.
• Support Omni Customer Team during critical meetings such as T2Ts and Line Reviews.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to cross-share reports, best practices, and reporting frameworks.
• Lead Omni Data and Intelligence learning agenda across the Enterprise and educate stakeholders on Omni-Commerce analytics.

Requirements

• 12+ years of relevant experience with Circana or a first party eCommerce/Customer data provider (e.g., Scintilla, Instacart Ads).
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong ability to organize & synthesize data and communicate insights clearly.
• Experience presenting business results and insights to senior stakeholders.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently, multi-task, and prioritize under pressure.

Nice to Have

• ECommerce or Category Management experience preferred.
• Prior people management experience preferred.
• Self-starter, strategic thinker, and action-oriented.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.
