Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic role to the leadership team, driving execution excellence, cross-functional alignment, and organizational effectiveness.
  • Work closely with the leadership team and a wide range of stakeholders throughout the company to help meet strategic objectives.
  • Focus on organizational operations including IP program/project operations, program budgets, HC management, and hiring needs across a diverse portfolio of solutions and product types.
  • Act as Chief of Staff to VP- SBIO (South Bridge I/O) Design Team.
  • Manage resources and budgets, including headcount, staffing, hiring, and budgeting.
  • Oversee project scoping, including funding, resource allocation, and scheduling.
  • Ensure the delivery of complex initiatives on time and within scope through strong project management skills.
  • Influence without authority, drive cross-functional alignment, and lead through ambiguity.
  • Convey information clearly and appropriately for both senior executives and individual stakeholders.
  • Engage in strategic thinking for continuous improvement and adopt a collaborative, inclusive approach.

Requirements

  • Experience in project/program management, operations, or strategic planning roles, preferably in semiconductor ASIC design environments.
  • Proven experience in program management in IP design environment.
  • Proficiency in project tracking tools, dashboards, and presentation software such as PowerBI, PowerPoint, Confluence, Excel, Jira, Jama.
  • Experience managing large, complex, and high-impact engineering or business projects.
  • Experience working with diverse matrix organizations and virtual teams.
  • Proven communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering; Master's degree preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in semiconductor ASIC design environments.
  • Proficiency with project tracking tools and dashboards.
  • Experience managing large engineering or business projects.
  • Experience working with diverse matrix organizations and virtual teams.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering
  • Master's degree preferred
