Sr. Media & Social Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Leads the creation, facilitation, and/or execution of multi-platform social plans across one or more product verticals.
• Develops and executes paid media marketing strategies through platform-specific planning, buying, and campaign optimization.
• Socializes strategies and performance results to a wide variety of audiences, explaining the rationale for media strategies and how they meet business objectives.
• Ensures paid social media campaigns are scheduled and delivered according to the marketing plan and organizational standards.
• Monitors, optimizes, and reports on campaign performance using data-driven insights to drive innovation.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders and management to understand parameters for media strategies and applies business knowledge to platform strategies.
• Communicates campaign status and performance to management and external partners.
• Applies advanced understanding of analytics and measurement tools to test creative and campaign experiences.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in marketing, sales, advertising, or communications.
• At least 4 years of hands-on management of paid social media campaigns across platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Reddit, in a lead-generation environment.
• Advanced knowledge of social marketing industry and programmatic media buying best practices.
• Strong understanding of impact of social marketing on omni-channel experiences.
• Recent experience in financial services and health-related product lines, such as life insurance or Medicare.
• Bachelor's Degree required.
• Experience influencing business decisions and facilitating cross-functional teams.
• Ability to develop audience targeting, media objectives measurement, and omni-channel strategies.

Nice to Have

• Agency experience with end-to-end campaign management.
• Experience with analytics and measurement tools/techniques.
• Knowledge of audience targeting development and media objectives measurement.

• Base Salary Minimum: $95,000
• Base Salary Maximum: $105,000
